No Refund Policy

Miami City Roleplay Shop. does not offer refunds for any purchases. Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final, and we do not process refunds under normal circumstances.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

A refund may be considered only if an issue occurs that is non-avoidable and directly attributable to Miami City Roleplay Shop. Examples of such situations include:

• Failure to deliver the purchased product or service due to an internal error on our part.
• Billing errors, such as duplicate charges.

Chargebacks Policy

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. By making a purchase, you agree not to dispute or reverse any payments through your bank or payment provider.
• Any individual who initiates a chargeback will be permanently blacklisted from all Golden Nation owned servers and assets.
• If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team for resolution before taking further action.
